  • The National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC): A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, NAHC provides training, resource, legislative updates and funding opportunities for housing co-ops across the country. It’s the only organization of its kind on a national level. NAHC hosts an annual conference for members.
  • The Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives (MAHC): Also a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, MAHC is a separate association for co-ops across the Midwest. Members have access to a training certification program, networking opportunities and access to an annual conference, among other benefits.
  • The National Cooperative Law Center: We are proud to have established a leading legal department focusing on cooperative housing law. Our attorneys in this area represent more than 50 co-ops across the country. Our website provides free resources and helpful articles on this vast area of law.
